Overview

The Coval CVGC series uses a carbon-fiber structure — 2.5× lighter than aluminium with 6× the mechanical strength — to give collaborative robots a large-area vacuum gripper that barely dents their payload budget. The 150 × 150 mm model weighs 0.8 kg yet handles up to 30 kg, with an integrated venturi vacuum generator, control cartridge, silencer and vacuum switch built into the mechanical block, fed by a single 5.5 bar compressed-air line. The gripping face is foam (suction-cup interface optional) with soft protective material on the edges for operator safety. Mounts directly to ISO 9409-1-50-4-M6 cobot flanges; larger 240 × 120, 320 × 160 and 350 × 250 mm formats round out the family.
