Overview
The PGC-140-50 is part of DH Robotics' PGC series of electric collaborative parallel grippers, designed for plug-and-play mounting on collaborative robots. It delivers 40–140 N of continuously adjustable gripping force per jaw over a 50 mm total stroke with ±0.03 mm position repeatability, handling a recommended workpiece weight of 3 kg at 1.0 kg of its own mass (138.5 × 75 × 75 mm). Open/close time is 0.6 s and the body is rated IP67. Drive is a precision planetary reducer with rack and pinion. Control is Modbus RTU over RS-485 plus digital I/O, with optional TCP/IP, USB 2.0, CAN 2.0A, PROFINET and EtherCAT, exposing configurable position, force and speed.
