Overview
The PGC-300-60 is part of DH Robotics' PGC series of electric collaborative parallel grippers, designed for plug-and-play mounting on collaborative robots. It delivers 80–300 N of continuously adjustable gripping force per jaw over a 60 mm total stroke with ±0.03 mm position repeatability, handling a recommended workpiece weight of 6 kg at 1.5 kg of its own mass (178 × 90 × 90 mm). Open/close time is 0.8 s and the body is rated IP67. Drive is a precision planetary reducer with rack and pinion. Control is Modbus RTU over RS-485 plus digital I/O, with optional TCP/IP, USB 2.0, CAN 2.0A, PROFINET and EtherCAT, exposing configurable position, force and speed.
