Overview
The PGC-50-35 is part of DH Robotics' PGC series of electric collaborative parallel grippers, designed for plug-and-play mounting on collaborative robots. It delivers 15–50 N of continuously adjustable gripping force per jaw over a 37 mm total stroke with ±0.03 mm position repeatability, handling a recommended workpiece weight of 1 kg at 0.5 kg of its own mass (124 × 63 × 63 mm). Open/close time is 0.7 s and the body is rated IP54. Drive is a precision planetary reducer with rack and pinion. Control is Modbus RTU over RS-485 plus digital I/O, with optional TCP/IP, USB 2.0, CAN 2.0A, PROFINET and EtherCAT, exposing configurable position, force and speed.
