Overview

The PGIA-140-80 is the ADVANCE-series revision of DH Robotics' industrial long-stroke electric parallel gripper. It provides up to 140 N of single-sided gripping force across an 80 mm stroke and, with custom fingertips, stably handles medium-to-large workpieces up to 3 kg. Its drive controller and communication are integrated into the gripper body, so no external controller is needed, and it retains its grip on the workpiece when power is removed — a safety benefit for machine tending and battery handling. Protection is IP54 for dusty environments and liquid splash. Control is Modbus RTU over RS-485 plus digital I/O. It is CE, FCC and RoHS certified.
