Overview
The SCHUNK EGP 40 is a compact electric 2-finger parallel gripper for small to medium workpieces in assembly, testing, laboratory and pharmaceutical settings. A brushless-DC servomotor drives base jaws on a backlash-free, pre-loaded cross-roller guide, with gripping force manually adjustable in stages (100%/75%/50%/25% on the 40/50/64 sizes; two-stage on the 25). It is part of the EGP series available in sizes 25, 40, 50 and 64, and is distinct from the Co-act EGP-C collaborative variant.
