Overview

The Unitree R1-A is a modular variant of the R1 humanoid offered as a stationary upper body or a mobile platform on a wheeled chassis. Configurations range from the R1-A5 (5-DOF, 420 mm arms, ~11 kg, 13 DOF total) to the R1-A7-D (7-DOF, 555 mm arms on a mobile chassis, ~30 kg, 20 DOF total). Mobile builds add a DJI Mid-360 LiDAR alongside the head stereo camera, with an 8-core CPU plus 10 TOPS head compute, WiFi 6 / BT 5.2 and ~1.5 h battery.
