Overview
The Weiss Robotics CRG 200 is a servo-electric two-finger parallel gripper designed for collaborative applications. Sensorless force control adjusts gripping force between 75 and 200 N over an 85 mm stroke, with integrated part detection and monitoring, gripping-force retention on power loss, and an LED status ring. The rounded housing and safely limited force follow DGUV recommendations for collaborative robot systems. Control is via IO-Link V1.1, and plug-and-play GRIPKIT bundles pair it with Universal Robots and other cobots. Workpieces up to 4.3 kg (form-fit) or 1.0 kg (force-fit) are supported with a 0.34 s cycle at 4 mm stroke.
Highlights
- Sensorless 75–200 N force control
